1. Who we are

This service is operated by limobotai(“we”, “us”). You can reach us via our Telegram support channel or at support@limobotai.com.

2. What the service does

limobotai is a subscription tool for professional chauffeurs. It monitors ride offers that appear in your own Blacklane account, evaluates them against filter rules you configure (price, vehicle class, route, timing, and similar criteria), and accepts only the offers that match those rules. You control the rules, can pause the bot at any time, and receive activity notifications through Telegram.

3. Independent tool

limobotai is an independent automation tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Blacklane GmbH. “Blacklane” is a trademark of its respective owner and is used here only to describe compatibility.

4. Your account and your responsibilities

  • You must hold a valid Blacklane chauffeur/partner account and be entitled to use it.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your use of automation complies with the agreements between you and Blacklane. Using automation may violate Blacklane’s terms and could lead to actions against your Blacklane account. You use limobotai at your own risk.
  • You must keep your login credentials confidential and not share your subscription.
  • You may not use the service for unlawful purposes or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it.

5. Trial, subscriptions and billing

  • New accounts start with a free trial (currently 4 days). No payment method is required for the trial and nothing is charged automatically when it ends.
  • Paid plans are billed per vehicle per month. Displayed prices are indicative; the final plan is confirmed per account before payment.
  • You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

6. Availability and support

We aim for continuous operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service or of third-party platforms it depends on (Blacklane, Telegram). Support is provided via Telegram on a best-effort basis.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for missed or wrongly accepted offers, lost earnings, actions taken by Blacklane against your account, or other indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us for the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the service or our support channel before they take effect.
