1. Controller

2. Data we process

• Account data — the email address and password (stored hashed) you use to sign in to limobotai.
• Blacklane connection data — the credentials and/or session tokens needed to monitor and act on ride offers in your Blacklane account, encrypted at rest with AES.
• Offer and ride data — offers seen by the bot, the accept/reject decisions taken and the rules that triggered them, kept as activity logs.
• Telegram data — your Telegram chat ID and messages exchanged with our bots, used to deliver notifications and support.
• Technical data — IP address, timestamps and security logs (e.g. rate limiting, sign-in events). We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

3. Why we process it

• To provide the service you subscribe to (contract performance).
• To secure the service and prevent abuse (legitimate interest).
• To handle billing and comply with legal obligations.
• To provide support when you contact us.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data. It is shared only with the providers needed to run the service — our hosting provider, and Telegram for the bot messages you have requested. Data may be disclosed where required by law.

5. Retention

Account and connection data are kept while your account is active and deleted immediately after account closure. Activity logs are kept for as long as your account exists. Billing records are retained as required by tax law.

6. Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS with HSTS). Access to production data is restricted, passwords are stored hashed, and Blacklane connection data is encrypted at rest with AES.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location (including under the GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, delete and export your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. 8. Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies: session and CSRF cookies required for signing in and securing the service. There are no advertising or third-party analytics cookies, so no cookie consent banner is required.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the service or our support channel before they take effect.
